At St. Cuthbert's we are a small congregation who seek to grow in our faith and to draw others to the love of Jesus. In our worship we use mainly The Book of Common Prayer.
St. Cuthbert's is never locked and open for visitors and those seeking shelter from the Cumbrian weather at all times.
New Year New Benefice
As we start a new year we begin to work more closely with the churches of St. Martin’s Bowness, St. Mary’s Windermere and Jesus Church Troutbeck.
Revd James Richards will be looking after Bowness, Ings and Kentmere and Revd Shanthi caring for Staveley, Troutbeck and Windermere.
Two Sunday services each month will be led by trained lay leaders and two will be Holy Communion with the Vicar. Please support, encourage and pray for our new lay leaders as they take on this role.
This is an exciting time for our churches as we share together in the mission of God.
Mr Iain Johnston and Mrs Christine Hevey
Iain Johnston and Christine Hevey serve as our churchwardens.
They are supported in their leadership by the Parochial Church Council (PCC)
